Is self-host really free?
Yes. The Community edition runs the full product — all nine modules, the agents, and the graph — for one user on your own hardware, activated with a free licence key. Bring your own LLM key, or run the bundled local model fully offline.
What counts as an agent run?
One agent run is one time an agent generates a plan or response for you. Reading your data, browsing the app, and viewing dashboards never count — only the orchestrator’s reasoning does.
What happens if I hit the monthly limit?
We nudge you to upgrade and your allowance resets next month. No surprise overage bills — you’re never charged for runs you didn’t plan for.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime, self-serve. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Cancel whenever — your data exports cleanly.
Is there hidden metering?
No per-agent markup and no per-query metering on cloud. One per-seat price with a generous monthly run allowance. Community is unlimited on your own key.
